Fee Policy:
- Fees charged upon escrow deposit
- Non-refundable when: Your trade is matched and you cancel, or you violate platform rules
- Refundable when: Mutual cancellation before matching, or counterparty fails to deposit
- Order modifications allowed: Increase bid / Decrease ask only
